From Zurich to Braga
Founded in 2014 as part of the Gritstone Investment Group in Zug, Switzerland, GritEstates began as a strategic real estate investment arm focused on European markets. In 2019, we identified Braga as one of the most undervalued urban markets in Western Europe.
We opened our Braga office in 2020 and began acquiring historic properties in the city center. Today, we are one of the most active developers in the region, with a portfolio spanning heritage renovations, contemporary residences, and mixed-use developments.
